St. Jones Mini Storage does not provide or offer insurance. Tenants are required to provide their own insurance coverage, please contact a local insurance company to obtain coverage for the belongings stored in the units.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.  Tenants will be locked out of the unit after the 6th day if rent isn't paid in full.  After 45 days delinquent, the process for unit auctions will begin.  Move-outs will NOT be pro-rated.  

We do not bill or invoice Tenants.

If rent is not paid by the 6th of each month a $5.00 late fee will be added.  An additional $5.00 will be added for every 6 days the Tenant is late, up to $15.00 per month.

The Tenant is NOT to store explosives, flammable materials, corrosives, contaminants, or pollutants in units.  Tenants are not to store vehicles in units or on property.  Units are for storage of property only and must not be used for any other purpose. 

ONLY one lock shall be used by the Tenants on each unit.  A notice of 10 days prior to termination of lease is requested.  Units must have all belongings and trash removed in addition to being swept clean before vacating, otherwise additional fees will occur.  A change in Tenant information must be given in writing.

Tenants have 24 hour gated access.  The facility has coded entry and exit points.  Office hours are listed in the 'Contact Us' section.
